Validation of Invoices

As your Energy Manager, Paragon Energy won't only negotiate your Gas and Electricity contracts we will also run an audit of your supplier performance.

The reason Paragon Energy continually audit's suppliers invoices is to look for incorrect rates and tariff problems, ensuring the suppliers are invoicing as per the terms and conditions agreed in the Contract.

Paragon Energy can also look for Consumption higher than your historical records predicted.

A disturbing amount of these are caused by the supplier simply not implementing the contracts correctly.

    Delays in suppliers picking up sites or missing individual meters.

    At times a supplier will fail to register a supply and it could be left on a high default structure (tariff) with a previous supplier.

Should there be a billing error, Paragon Energy will contact you and advise what action should be taken.
